Review each applicable item against the approved specification or reference.

Structure + dimensions

Overall dimensions match the approved drawing / specification Material and thickness / board grade feel correct Opening, closure and fit function correctly Insert / internal component fits the product correctly Package stands, stacks or displays as intended

Print + decoration

Artwork content and orientation are correct Colors are acceptable against the approved reference Foil / spot UV / emboss / deboss placement is correct Label position, size and application are correct Surface finish / coating / texture is acceptable

Function + performance

Product loads and removes correctly Closure / tamper feature / seal performs as intended Child-resistant or other required mechanism is correct for the approved design Package protects the product during normal handling Any required test or certification status has been confirmed separately

Production control

Final dieline / engineering drawing revision is confirmed Final artwork revision is confirmed Approved sample / master reference is clearly identified Component quantities / pack-out are confirmed Any approved deviations are documented in writing
