Website inquiry submissions

Website inquiry forms are designed to submit information directly to YS Consulting Group through a secure website backend and email-delivery provider. Submitted inquiries are intended to be delivered to [email protected]. If automatic delivery is unavailable, the website may provide a direct email fallback.

Drafts saved on your device

Certain project tools include a Save Draft feature. Draft information is stored locally in your browser on your device and is not transmitted to YS Consulting Group until you choose to submit the form. You can clear saved drafts using the website controls or your browser storage settings.

Files, artwork, and physical samples

If you send drawings, dielines, photographs, artwork, quotations, specifications, or other files, those materials are handled as part of the business inquiry or project. Physical samples are handled according to the instructions agreed with you after contact.

Those partners may be located outside the United States. We aim to limit shared information to what is reasonably necessary for the project.

Confidential and commercially sensitive information
