This website is provided for general business information, project planning, and communication with YS Consulting Group. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, forms, or connected services.

Illustrations and capability examples

Images, renderings, mockups, concepts, packaging examples, descriptions, and capability statements may be illustrative. They do not guarantee that a specific structure, material, finish, supplier, certification, price, production method, lead time, freight method, or inventory program will be available or appropriate for every project.

Website inquiries are not binding agreements

Website inquiries, project briefs, sample evaluations, specification-builder submissions, RFQ readiness results, and sample-approval checklists are planning and communication tools only. They do not create a purchase order, supply agreement, agency relationship, exclusivity obligation, manufacturing commitment, or binding quotation.

Quotes, pricing, and supplier availability

Pricing, freight, duties, tooling, minimum order quantities, payment terms, production capacity, supplier availability, and lead times may change until confirmed in the applicable written quotation, purchase order, acknowledgment, invoice, or other commercial document. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, website content should not be treated as a firm price or commercial commitment.

Specifications, samples, and approvals

Final production should be based on approved written specifications, artwork, drawings, material requirements, tolerances, samples, testing obligations, and other project documents. A visual sample approval does not automatically approve dimensions, regulatory compliance, product compatibility, performance, certification, or other technical requirements unless those items are expressly included in the approval process.

Manufacturing tolerances and production variation

Custom packaging may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances and production variation in areas such as dimensions, color, print registration, decoration, material appearance, fit, and finish. Project-specific tolerances and acceptance standards should be agreed in the applicable production documentation.

Technical, regulatory, and compliance responsibility

Child-resistant, food-contact, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, cannabis, environmental, labeling, transportation, and other regulatory requirements depend on the product, intended use, jurisdiction, materials, testing, and final package configuration. Website content is not legal, regulatory, engineering, certification, or laboratory advice. Required testing, documentation, approvals, and certifications should be confirmed for each project before commercial use.

Freight, duties, warehousing, and delivery

International freight, customs duties, tariffs, port conditions, domestic transportation, warehousing, inventory releases, and delivery timing may be affected by third parties and events outside YS Consulting Group's direct control. Specific responsibilities, costs, risk allocation, and delivery terms should be documented in the applicable commercial agreement.

Confidential information

Submitting information through the website does not by itself create a nondisclosure agreement or other special confidentiality obligation. If confidential treatment is required beyond ordinary business handling, the parties should execute an appropriate written agreement before disclosing highly sensitive information.

Intellectual property

YS Consulting Group website branding, original copy, layouts, tools, and original website materials are owned by YS Consulting Group or used with permission. Client artwork, trademarks, specifications, and other client-owned materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Submission of project materials represents that you have the right to provide them for the requested evaluation or work.

Third-party providers and links

The website may use or link to third-party hosting, DNS, security, email-delivery, mapping, communications, manufacturing, logistics, or other services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies, and their availability is not guaranteed by YS Consulting Group.

No website warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its planning tools are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, completeness, or suitability for a particular project. This provision does not alter any express warranties contained in a separate written commercial agreement.

Limitation of website-related liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YS Consulting Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website or its planning tools. Any liability relating to an actual packaging project is governed by the applicable written commercial agreement, not these website terms.

Governing law

These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Project-specific contracts may contain different governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the website, tools, service providers, or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current website version.
